Dinner – I made delicious crispy-pan fried salmon.
I am a snake woman.
I love fish skin and I love to eat them!
When it’s super crispy…. ahh… you crunch it in your mouth and you can taste the
yummy fish fat comes from it. Heaven.
But!!! It seems like skin is not so popular in Denmark?
One time when I was working at a graphic design firm in Aarhus we had salmon for lunch.
I was shocked to see all the skins were left out, I almost secretly ate them.
Well I didn’t want to become a snake so I managed to throw them away,
but I was crying in my heart.
Then my Spanish friend said to me after lunch.
since then we are good friends.
