A New Problem

Thanks for sending me warm messages yesterday on Facebook Group. I’m lucky to have nice audience like you!!

Today I feel better ; as it’s no-longer my birthday. muwahaha.

But…the problem is I have a new problem. Can you help me???  My son, Z is about to “graduate” from his daycare, so we’re throwing a good-bye party. Easy small one.

As a foodie myself, I want to make some good bread for kids. I want to impress them.

So I bought this bread mixture box : AMO Fødselsdagboller.

I follow the direction. I waited for the dough to raise….

after 30minutes ↓

My dough doesn’t raise…….    DOH!   (sorry.)

Can I ask you for advice??? What was wrong?
I added luke warm water, 200ml,  Yeast 50g…. ok…, I didn’t have enough 50. so I added like 25g. Is that the reason?

I set the bowls in a sunny spot so it was warm.

To be honest with you, I’m not the best bread-maker. I am awesome at bake cakes, cookies, but bread? Not my cup of tea….   I just don’t get it right. Yeast and Me are not best friends.

I hope I can learn from you!!
